CHMCC is a not-for-profit, tax-deductible registered charity based in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, Australia. Our mission is to promote musical comedy and community engagement through performances and events. Refunds and Exchanges:
 - Refunds are not provided for change of mind or failure to attend an event, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
 - If an event is cancelled by CHMCC, you are entitled to a full refund or ticket exchange for a rescheduled performance (if available).
 - If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date unless otherwise stated. Refunds for postponements are at CHMCC’s discretion unless required by law.

Consumer Guarantees: Under Australian Consumer Law, our services (e.g., tickets, events) come with guarantees that they will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match their description. If a major failure occurs (e.g., an event is cancelled without rescheduling), you are entitled to a refund. For minor failures (e.g., a change in cast, technical difficulties), we may offer a remedy such as a partial refund or ticket exchange, at our discretion.

Force Majeure: CHMCC is not liable for failure to deliver services (e.g., event cancellations) due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will offer refunds or ticket exchanges as required by Australian Consumer Law or at our discretion.

4. Donations 

 - Tax Deductibility: CHMCC is a registered charity with Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status. Donations over $2 AUD may be tax-deductible for Australian taxpayers, subject to Australian Taxation Office (ATO) rules. Receipts will be issued upon request. If a donation is processed in error (e.g., duplicate payment), contact us at info@chmcc.org.au within 14 days to request a refund.
 - No Refunds: Donations are non-refundable unless processed in error (e.g., duplicate payments), in which case contact us within 14 days at info@chmcc.org.au.
 - Use of Funds: Donations support CHMCC’s charitable activities, including performances, community outreach, and operational costs. We reserve the right to allocate funds as needed to fulfil our mission.
